Sorry for all you're going through. My young cousin lost her hearing during an airplane ride. They still don't know entirely why. Anyway, she had c. implants for both ears when she was 4 and she is doing amazing and is in a regular school with only a bit of therapy needed. Just wanted to pop in and give you some encouragement!
