I never had any intention of this being a cooking blog. Mostly because I am a LOUSY COOK. That being said, at least you know that most of the recipes I feature here are pretty much fool proof. It seems that all my crafting ideas have been devoted to my Cub Scout blog Scout Mom and since we have to eat, I have just been taking pictures of what I make for this blog. Anyways, I promise to share some more craftiness here next week but until then, let me present to you, the super fabulous, not really healthy:
SNICKERS SALAD
Shopping List:
6 Granny Smith Apples
8 Regular Sized Snickers bars
1 container Cool Whip
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
Chop your apples into bite-sized pieces. You can leave the skin on.
Chop your candy bars into bite-sized pieces. They cut a little easier if you chill them in the frig first.
Mix together the defrosted Cool Whip with the pudding mix and then add chopped candy and apples.
Make within a few hours of serving. Although this can keep for a couple of days in the fridge, the "sauce" gets a little watery and is not as pretty.

Okay now that looks like my kind of dessert... or snack. LoL I love Snickers bars... so much that when I was a kid I named my cat Snickers. So you know that I am on board with this recipe!
