Sorry I am late with Etsy Saturday. I got a flu shot this week and two days later I was all tired and achy. I usually do write my Etsy posts on Friday evenings but last night I was ready for bed at 7:30.
One of my favorite things about fall are all the sweet/spicy smells and tastes. I thought this Toasted Pumpkin Seed Sugar Scrub from Poison Apple Potions looked good enough to eat and I imagine it smells wonderful to. I tried pressing my nose up to the computer screen to see for myself but got nothing. I guess I'll have to buy some so I can see for myself. Why don't you try some with me?
My mom and I look quite a bit alike. So much so, it was impossible for me to believe my brother all those times he told me I was adopted. Our style preferences are completely 100% different. For example, while my mom would show her Halloween spirit with a bright purple sweater dotted with orange crocheted pumpkins and black kitties all over it, I would chose something a bit more subtle like this fabulously cute sterling silver pumpkin necklace from Little Green Room. OMG I love this necklace!
I was quite pregnant with each of my boys on Halloween, both of them being winter babies. I so wish I had one of these Halloween Skeleton Maternity Shirts from Baby Talk Designs! It is both cute and kinda creepy at the same time. Love it!
As a general rule I am totally against dressing up dogs in clothes or silly costumes. I have considered dressing up our new dog in something humbling to pay her back for all the embarrassment she's caused me in puppy school but revenge has never really been my thing. I think this custom Halloween collar from Fairy Tail Collars is definitely the better option. Then we could both walk the neighborhood strutting our new fall neckwear!
Thanks for stopping by Fakin It. I have a lot more Halloween posts to get in before the 31st so keep checking back in!
So cute, and I love the mandarin jack o'lantern, that's awesome! I have the same tin too, but was not as creative with mine today :)
